Born and raised in International Falls, Pam left at age twenty-two to continue her education and explore the world. She graduated from the University of New York with a Bachelor of Science, and from Augsburg University with a Master of Business Administration. She started her Real Estate Career in 2005 in Minneapolis.
Pam thrives on adventure and travel. She lived in Asia for three years and has backpacked through more than twenty countries. Through her travel she’s had a variety of experiences such as protecting wild sea turtles, walking on fire, and snorkeling in the South China Sea.
In her free time she can be found making furniture with traditional hand tools, working on glass art, enjoying Rainy Lake (snow and water!), reading, and playing with her two big energetic dogs.
Back in International Falls since 2012, Pam is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys her membership with The Elks and Rotary, various volunteering gigs, and showing clients all that the Northland has to offer.

Growing up, Lindsay was the kid playing outside, swimming, fishing, camping, building forts, hunting at her family’s shack, taking care of her many pets, and picking vegetables from the garden. She studied Social Work at Minnesota State University in Moorhead. After college she returned to International Falls and is raising three daughters.
Lindsay started her career in Real Estate in 2018. With a family of contractors, tradesmen, and entrepreneurs Real Estate was a natural fit that allows her love of craftsmanship and construction along with the history that goes with it to be part of her daily life.
As a third generation native of International Falls, Lindsay understands the values of the people that call our beautiful northland home. Tim and Char Watson joined the ranks of the real estate profession in 2004 and 2008 respectively and have been with IVR for years! Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Tom left to further his education at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Computer Science. Tom moved up to Northern Minnesota shortly after college, to assist his family with owning and operating an area fishing and snowmobiling resort.
Taking in everything the area has to offer, whether fishing the lakes of Voyageurs National Park, or snowmobiling the hundreds of miles of trails in this border country, Tom knew he was meant to live in the north woods. Wanting to share this type of life with others is what motivated him to start his Real Estate career in 2008. Tom’s laid back, yet honest approach, combined with his knowledge of real estate and the area make him a pleasure to work with.
